I have been working as a settlement-based, consensual dispute resolution family law lawyer in Vancouver, BC since 2008.   I primarily practice Collaborative Law, as I believe the process is the best for helping families create forward-looking, durable and holistic Agreements. 

I am an accredited Family Law Mediator.   I have taken training in Elder Mediation and am an accredited as an Eldercare Coordinator. 

I recently worked with Seniors First BC Society to help them launch their province-wide Advance Planning legal program. The goal of the program is to help low-income older adults obtain high-quality Wills, Powers of Attorney and Representation Agreements. 

I am a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, the Collaborative Divorce Vancouver Society,  Canadian Bar Association and am a member in good standing of the Law Society in BC. 

I recently completed a six-year term on the Board of Directors of the Collaborative Divorce Vancouver Society (CDV), including a two-year term as the Co-Chair (Co-President).
